NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An 88-year-old woman was arrested after police say she shot a man she thought was a thief.
May Boyce was released on a $10,000 bond after being charged with aggravated assault.
Metro Nashville Police officials said Boyce shot a man she thought was stealing from her liquor store on Murfreesboro Pike.
They say the victim is recovering from his injuries.
