Tennessee Titans safety, Kevin Byard, shared his thoughts on the Antonio Brown helmet situation that is currently plaguing the Oakland Raiders.

Brown doesn’t like the new, approved helmets the NFL is making its players wear for their safety because they affect his vision, thus he has tried everything possible to get around using one.

And by everything, we mean EVERYTHING.

As a result of this helmet issue, Brown has missed a slew of practices, which has created tension between he and the team.

While Byard understands where Brown is coming from in terms of his lack of comfort with going away a piece of equipment that he is used to using, the Titans safety made it clear that at the end of the day, you still have to get on the field and play no matter what.

This isn’t the only issue Brown has had since joining the Raiders, and it might not even be the strangest.

We also found out that AB has a pair of frostbitten feet, apparently from a Cryotherapy session gone horribly wrong. If it isn’t one thing with Brown, it’s another. His beginning with the Raiders has been nothing short of a fiasco.

Thankfully for the Titans, there are no distractions like this on the team. Then again, there aren’t any teams who have bizarre issues like those of the Raiders currently.

Brown — along with his new helmet and damaged feet — and the Raiders will host the Titans in 2019 in a Week 14 matchup. AB will have his work cut out for him in that game, as the Titans sport one of the deepest secondaries in the NFL when at full strength.

Although with how things are going right now, who knows where Brown will be at that point.
