NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A second person was charged with murder in connection to a deadly stabbing in East Nashville that happened in early September.
Cedric Thompson, 27, was found stabbed to death on September 4 on Bethwood Drive. Metro police said 24-year-old Deondre Sanders stabbed Thompson. He was arrested the following day and charged with criminal homicide.
On November 24, Deondre Sanders’ brother Trevon Sanders was also arrested in connection to the stabbing. A grand jury indictment charged Trevon Sanders with first-degree murder.
Police said the stabbing happened after an argument over a woman.
