NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person was found shot and killed overnight near Madison.
Metro police say officers responded to a shooting at InTown Suites on the 600 block of Myatt Drive just before 2 a.m.
When they arrived, they found a male victim dead in the back parking lot, after having been shot multiple times.
The victim was walking in the parking lot when a black, four-door sedan pulled up. The shooter, who was initially in the car, looked to have a brief argument with the victim, before getting out of the car and shooting him.
The shooter left the scene in the sedan.
Efforts to identify the victim are currently ongoing.
