One killed in East Nashville hit-and-run NewsChannel5.com

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person was killed in a hit-and-run crash in East Nashville tonight.
It happened on the 800 block of Dickerson Pike just after 5 pm. Police say a grey Nissan was turning left onto the street when it hit a blue Sedan. The sedan went across the lanes and struck a pole on the opposite side of the road.
The sedan’s passenger was taken to Vanderbilt, where they were pronounced dead.
The Nissan’s driver left the scene on foot but has been found by police.
