EAST NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man is in the hospital with critical injuries after a shooting in East Nashville Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 600 block of Sylvan Street, where a man was shot in the abdomen around 5 p.m.
Another man approached officers saying he shot the victim. After an initial interview, police say he might be the victim of the incident.
The man shot was taken to Vanderbilt with serious injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
