Local nonprofit organization Friends of the Brentwood Library will host a fall book sale Oct. 8-11 to benefit the John P. Holt Brentwood Library.

Due to the cancellation of the organization’s spring sale and a large number of donations, the sale will feature a larger-than-normal selection of books, CDs and DVDs, according to an announcement from the FOBL.

The sale will feature tables spaced apart for proper social distancing, and only a limited number of shoppers will be allowed in at at time, according to the announcement.

Items will be half price on the last day of the sale, according to FOBL. Special hours will also be held for members of FOBL. Residents can become members of FOBL during the sale.
