Nashville’s newest lodging option, the 121 Hotel, has added 16 luxury bedrooms and unique meeting space to the Tennessee city’s West End neighborhood.

Designed specifically to accommodate special events and small corporate retreats, 121 is available for booking single units, full floors, multiple rooms or the entire property. The 13,500-square-foot space marks the only hotel in the state to qualify as a member of “Small Luxury Hotels of the World,” according to a news release.

In total, the 4-story hotel offers 16 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 18 (including two bunk rooms located within the penthouse suite). The 121 features two dedicated breakout rooms (265 square feet and 150 square feet, respectively) and two, 750-square-foot living rooms with seating areas and full kitchens. The 465-square-foot Terrace Room, connected to the 960-square-foot penthouse suite, can accommodate groups of up to 32 seated, 50 standing. Adjacent to the Terrace Room is also a full catering kitchen for meetings and banquets.

The second, third and fourth floors of the property each feature a 42-foot balcony for receptions. Each floor of 121 Hotel can be closed off and made accessible only by keypad, further ensuring privacy and security for groups.

“We are so excited to bring this new hospitality approach to Nashville,” said Tim Burrow, construction lawyer at Burrow & Cravens, P.C. and 121 Hotel owner. “[121 is] the first hotel of its kind in Tennessee designed for group events.”

The 121 Hotel will tailor each group’s stay to their specific needs via a variety of a-la-carte amenities, such as private butler service on-demand. Groups visiting the Music City can also take advantage of the hotel’s curated experiences, including the “Songwriter Sessions at 121” — a private evening featuring libations, hors d’oeuvres and performances by Grammy- and ACM-award-winning songwriters.
