NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Six homes in one Nashville neighborhood were broken into in the last three months, with burglars getting away with televisions and other electronics.

Chris Muscatello, of property management company Ashwood Holdings, said most of the homes have been rental properties on Delaware Avenue and 28th Avenue.

Surveillance video from one of the properties shows someone trespassing in an unoccupied home and stealing televisions. Muscatello said the home was targeted twice by burglars.

The property manager said cars in the neighborhood were also broken into, and he’s worried if nothing changes, a burglar will break in when the home is occupied.
