Williamson County coronavirus cases up by 26 in past 24 hours Community Impact Newspaper

There are now 1,232 active coronavirus cases in the county, a decrease of 18 since Aug. 9.
Just over 0.5% of Williamson County residents are known to actively have the virus, according to metrics released Aug. 10 from Williamson County Schools. Active cases saw a slight increase over the weekend, according to the TDH data.
Statewide cases now total 123,900, an increase of 1,202 since Aug. 9. More than 1,230 deaths have been reported, and over 5,300 individuals have been hospitalized since the pandemic reached Tennessee in March.
Over 83,100 estimated recoveries have been reported, and more than 1.72 million tests have been administered in the state.
