The show opened with A LOT of video packages. The main one being of Rhett Titus. This package was a cliff notes of his career a of 2011. This really helped to build the upcoming Kenny King & Rhett Titus feud.

Social Media Scene

Below is this week’s round-up of social media posts from ROH personalities.

Classic, I know 100 percent who is going to win ROH match

Facts

This is an odd way to title this type of match

Closing Commentary

Well Summer Supercard was more disappointing than I thought it would be, and I had low expectations. The Marty and PJ Black mask was a nice surprise. Of course the Briscoes and G.O.D match was a great bloodbath.

But the rest of the card felt like a rehash of the past four months, or worse. I was critical of the Alex Shelly move, not him coming back to ROH, that’s great. Just the hot shot of him getting a title shot. There was almost no build and you know a made guy like Taven is not going to drop his title to a guy who hasn’t wrestled in over a year. ROH is a lot of things, but it’s not WWE.

Overall the show was extremely forgetful. Like most ROH shows have been. But, past shows have had some really memorable moments to save the show. This card however just felt like a house shows with a death match at the end.
