We’re still not entirely sure why the Nashville airport’s swirly, monochromatic, adorably tacky carpet has captured our hearts, but we’re irreversibly attached. Nashville loves it so much, in fact, that the carpet has garnered more than 20,000 followers on Instagram, hundreds of tags a day (and it replies snarkily to most!), and a petition to save the original carpet from airport remodeling. Anyone who has traveled through the Nashville International Airport (BNA) would recognize the pattern, but it still feels like our favorite inside joke.
