CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- Two residents at Ahava Healthcare were celebrated for reaching milestones and with a big surprise from her social distancing visitors.

Maggie Lorene (Jones) Tucker turned 100 years old on May 30, 2020.

Maggie has resided at Ahava Healthcare for several years. She is a Clarksville native that worked for the Civil Services at Fort Campbell repairing parachutes for over thirty years. She has 2 children, 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She loves God and was always an involved member at the United Methodist Church. She always enjoyed traveling and sewing.  The morning of her 100th birthday she stated, “I thank God every day for allowing me to live this long.”

Maggie was happy and surprised to see her family and friends at her window to help celebrate such an amazing milestone, according to Ahava staff.

Veteran turns 84

Ahava Healthcare resident Horace Brandon Stout turned 84 on May 29, 2020.

Brandon is a Clarksville native and currently resides at Ahava Healthcare. He is a Airforce Veteran and while serving he worked in aircraft supply and distribution.

For over thirty years he lived in Clearwater, FL and truly loved it there. While in Florida he worked in automotive sales. Once he returned to Clarksville he worked and retired from Clarksville Gas and Water.

Brandon loves golf, the Tennessee Titans, donuts, bacon, gummies and the show Gunsmoke. Brandon’s daughter Tina Stout organized the awesome parade for his birthday and Ahava residents and staff members.
